How do I get a quote?
That’s easy, simply call us or fill out the contact form to arrange a visit for your quote.
What will it cost?
There are a number of variables to calculate the total cost.
Including:
The size of the property or rooms.
- Condition of existing walls and woodwork.
- Amount of preparation involved to make surfaces good for applying paint or wallpaper.
- Accessibility e.g. which appropriate working platforms or scaffolding to use.
- The cost of materials we will be using.
Your quote is a final price for the agreed works based on the information we have available before starting the works. Should we encounter anything that will affect the final cost of the works either before or after starting the works we will always discuss this with the customer and agree on an updated quote before proceeding.
How long will it take?
Estimated completion times are guidelines only. We will endeavor to complete the work in the time frame intimated but where the works will run over this time we will always consult the customer to minimise any impacts of our extended working time.
What paint do you use?
We recommend using a number of trade quality paint brands and decorating products that offer superior finish qualities and durability.
We are not tied to any one brand and will make specific recommendations for each project.
If the customer requires that we use a product that we would not recommend, then we will not be held liable for any defective work as a result.
Is the work guaranteed?
We offer a 2 year guarantee on all work unless otherwise agreed.
What insurance do you have?
We hold £2 Million public liability insurance. A copy of the certificate is available on request.
How will you protect my property whilst working on it?
We bring plenty of dustsheets, polythene sheeting and tape with us to ensure your large items and carpets are protected.
In the unlikely event of us damaging your property you will be covered under our insurance policy.
Is there anything I need to do before you start work?
We ask you remove all items from walls, and clear rooms of small furnishing and valuables before work starts. See “Clients responsibilities” in our terms.
